Our safety promise
This is the same promise we put in every written plan, for homes and businesses alike.
What we never do
- We never handle money: no paying bills, moving funds, buying for you, or holding cards. Your money stays with you and your bank.
- We never keep or ask for passwords or codes. You type your own. A password is like the key to your house. We do not need a copy.
- We never take control of your computer from far away unless you are on the phone with us and say yes. You start it and you end it. It is never left on afterward.
- We never call, text or email people who did not ask us to. Scammers do that. We do not.
- We never sell equipment, take commissions, or require a purchase. We do not earn money from what you buy.
- We never share anything about you with family or anyone else without your yes. That includes your family.
- We never give medical, legal or financial advice. For those, ask your doctor, lawyer or bank.
- We never pressure. You can stop at any time, and you do not have to give a reason.
What we always do
- We explain before we touch anything, so nothing changes by surprise.
- We stop when you say stop.
- We give you a written note after every visit, in large type, so you can see what we did.
- We tell you what we know about scams and where to report them. Reporting helps catch scammers.
How to know it is really us
We never call, text or email first. You are the one who books the call. Scammers often pretend to be from a helpful company. If anyone says they are from Technology Assist and you did not ask them to contact you, hang up. Then book a call yourself if you want to check.
Who we are

What we do with your information
We collect only what we need, such as your name and what you want help with. We keep our notes private. We never sell them or share them.
