Before your free call

A few things to think about before we talk. It helps us give you a useful answer in the first 30 minutes.

This is not a form. Nothing on this page is sent to us. Print it, write on it with a pen, and keep it beside you during the call. To print, hold the Control key and press P (on a Mac, hold Command and press P).

Take your time. Tick what you know, and leave the rest. “Not sure” is a fine answer.

Two things to know

“Not sure” is a fine answer. Skip anything you do not know. We will work it out together.

We never need your passwords on the call. Please do not write them on this list.

1. Who lives in the home?

For example, you and a spouse, or you and a grandchild who visits at weekends.

2. Which devices do you use?

Tick the ones you have. Write how many if you know.

  • Tablet ____
  • Computer ____
  • Wi-Fi box (the router) ____
  • Smart speaker ____
  • Cameras or video doorbell ____
  • Smart TV, thermostat or lights ____
  • Not sure

3. Which accounts matter most?

These are the places you would hate to lose. Tick the ones you have.

  • Email
  • Bank or credit card
  • Medicare or a health website
  • Photos (on your phone or online)
  • Smart-home apps
  • Not sure

4. What worries you?

For example, a strange call last week, or a worry about losing family photos.

5. Who in the family helps?

For example, a daughter who sets up your phone. Write their first name, and how they help.

After the call and the first visit, we write a short plan in large print. Read how the plan works.

Ready to talk?

A call is just a chat to see if we can help. There is nothing to buy.
